Marek Moździerz is a graduate of the State Higher School of Music in Katowice. Already during the studies he made his debut on the stage of the Opera Śląska in Bytom. In the years 1975-1982 he was a full-time soloist of the Opera Śląska ,in the years 1982-1990 a soloist of the Opera in Bydgoszcz and in the years 1988-1995 a soloist of the Grand Theater Opera in Poznań. His artistic achievements include a rich opera and operetta repertoire. He performed the greatest baritone roles successfully on home stages and guest appearances on all Polish opera stages. He did, among others the title roles in such operas as: "Rigoletto", "Falstaff" - G. Verdi, "Onegin" - P. Czakowski or "Barber of Seville" - G. Rossini. His repertoire includes dozens of roles, which he performed in hundreds of performances. He also performed on many stages, oratorio and cantata forms. He sang in many European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands. He took part in festivals, and recorded for radio and television.
In the years 1990 - 2013 Marek Moździerz conducted didactic and scientific activities at the Academy of Music. F. Nowowiejski in Bydgoszcz, where in the years 2005-2012 he was the Dean of the Vocal and Acting Department. At the same time he has been working at the Music Academy I. J. Paderewski in Poznań. He obtained the title of professor in the field of musical art in 2014. His graduates not only appear on numerous stages in Poland and abroad, but also constitute the scientific and didactic staff of Polish music schools. Currently he is the Dean of the Vocal and Acting Department at the Academy of Music. I. J. Paderewski in Poznań,
He is the author and long-time director of the student opera festival "International Opera Youth Forum", which since 2008 has been organized in Bydgoszcz., under the honorary patronage of, among others Minister of Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
